A Vandal has been jailed for wrecking a hero police officer's memorial.
Sean Topham, 21, chipped out PC Ged Walker's name and damaged the base of the memorial on January 17.
PC Walker died after trying to stop drug addict David Parfitt escaping in a stolen taxi in Bulwell in January 2003.

I'm not sure of the circumstances of his arrest but i'm sure his name will stick in the minds of many officers when he is released
