Thou Shalt Not Convet Thy Neighbors Wife...
Fernandina Officer Jailed, Accused Of Firing Taser Gun On Deputy
11:21 p.m. EST December 6, 2006
YULEE, Fla. - A Fernandina Beach police officer was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly pulling his gun and firing a Taser gun at a Nassau County detention deputy. According to the Nassau County Sheriff's Office, officer Henry Neil Lee found out his wife had invited the corrections deputy Corey Wilson to Lee's Hilliard home to meet a female friend. When the female friend didn't show up, Wilson stayed and watched television with Lee and talked, which led to a consensual physical encounter.
The sheriff's report says that Officer Lee became suspicious when his wife asked him to pick some items from the store before coming home, so he went to the house, looked in the window and saw them kissing.
Nassau Sheriff Tommy Seagraves said that when Lee's wife went to the bathroom with her daughter, Lee kicked in the front door and pointed his Taser gun at Wilson, swung at Wilson with his baton, then holstered the Taser gun and pulled his service revolver.
According to the report, Wilson begged Lee not to shoot him.
When his wife entered the room, Lee reholstered the gun and pulled out his Taser gun.
"Mrs. Lee tried to stop him," the report said. "Lee pulled her by the hair, then fired his Taser, striking Wilson."
Wilson was not hurt, left the house and went to the sheriff's office to tell them what happened. When deputies got there, Lee was waiting.
"He filled them in on exactly what happened," Seagraves said. "He did tell the officers he was sorry about the incident."
Lee was arrested and charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault and domestic battery. He has since been released on $55,006 bond.
Wilson was placed on suspension while the sheriff's office investigates the incident.

I was laughing at the same thing, like the extra 6 bucks was going to break the bank and he wouldn't get out.
Judge: Ho, I mean Ma'am, how much do you have in the savings that your husband can get to in case he bonds out?
Ho: I think we have 50k, maybe 55k at the most.
Judge: Ok, then I set bond at $55,0006 so he has to sit and cool off awhile.
Ho: Thank you your honor, Oh is that corrections Deputy around? I'd like to speak to him again about my privates,,, oops I mean IN PRIVATE.

There are some things that you don't need to involve the police in, even when you are the police.
If I don't put gas in my car, I expect it to stop work. If I fool around with another man's wife, I expect a beat down. The question always is: Is she hot enough that the beat down would be worth it?The virtue of spirit has no need for thanks or approval. If that was my house Wilson would have rather wanted me to shoot him.
