ORLANDO, Fla. - A 30-year-old man kidnapped, raped and tortured his wife, then hung her from a tree to film a two-hour bondage pornography video, authorities said Tuesday.

Without a very strong contract showing she agreed to this, I can't think of a legal defense. I hope the DA has this taped locked away tight though, as there's probably profitable market for this.
Obviously nothing in any prenup would cover this. There would have to be informed consent, and for this level of assault that contract would be limited term.
Edit : Even in limited term he'd be SOL in many states. You can't volunteer for assault in some places. Which I think is bogus as I think people should be able to beat each other, or duel, any time they please if by mutual consent. But I remembered boxing laws don't allow that, and dueling laws date back to the 1600s if not before.
Guess he won't be hiring me for a lawyer.
GP - that's just an expression, right? Sick as this is I can think of 15th century stuff from a choice of continents that makes this look like a weekend social.
