'' Victim " wants cops to get his drugs back
An afternoon robbery involved the possible possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, according to police reports. Police received a call of a white GMC Jimmy chasing a man through the Autumnwood Circle Apartment complex just after 2:30 p.m.
The victim, Brian Capps, of Columbia, told police a man known to him as “T-Rail” brandished a black, semi-automatic pistol, pointed it at him and said, “Give me the scales.”
It was then Capps allegedly admitted having an undisclosed amount of powdered cocaine stolen from him and only wanted the drugs back.
Police told Capps they couldn’t return any illegal drugs to him, but he was the victim of a crime and could seek an arrest of the man who pointed the gun at him.
The only description Capps offered police was the man was wearing a jumpsuit.
