OUCH - Motorcyclist wrecks, falls off bridge

GRAPEVINE, TX — A Flower Mound motorcyclist was seriously injured early Wednesday after he was thrown off his vehicle and fell off a bridge onto a highway, police said.
Investigators believe the motorcyclist was going too fast and lost control of his vehicle.
Police identified the victim as Jonathan Carney, 34, who was taken to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth.
His injuries were not life threatening, but his condition was unavailable.
The accident happened about 12:05 a.m. Wednesday on eastbound Texas 114 at the exit ramp to Texas 121.
The motorcyclist lost control of his vehicle as he exited the highway and hit a concrete wall, police said. On impact, Carney was thrown off his motorcycle and fell off the bridge onto International Parkway.
