Lincoln County, MO Deputy Not Guilty!
Officer defended himself and was brought up on charges. The jury had a brain and he was cleared. Big news out here.
Jury Finds Former Lincoln County Deputy Not Guilty In Killing Of 2 Suspects
(KSDK) - The Columbia, Missouri jury came back with a not guilty verdict shortly before 10 p.m. Thursday.
Nicholas Forler, a former Lincoln County sheriff's deputy, faced involuntary manslaughter charges after firing into a vehicle at a traffic stop on Oct. 23, 2005.
Tyler Teasley and Michael Brown died in the shooting. Forler testified Thursday that he feared for his life as the truck rolled toward him.
Prosecutors argued that Forler acted recklessly when he opened fire. The defense said Teasley's truck lunged toward Forler and that the deputy thought he would be pinned between the truck and his patrol car.

These two that were killed were played out as pillars of the community by the media and their family. They were stupid white trash who decided to run from the police and strike and officer. Looks like there is two less scumbags in the world now.

No, he was fired right after the state filed charges. He does not know if he will go back into law enforcement. There are several civil suits pending against him. Originally Posted by 213th
