Frisco, TX -- Missing items from the mail in Frisco recently became the focus of a federal probe.

The postal service confirmed that there is an investigation at the Frisco postal branch for possible theft. The investigation stemmed from several residents’ complaints.

One woman said a gift card she sent to Indiana was spent in Carrollton.

The Office of the Inspector General will conduct the probe.
