Body missing at M.E.'s Office
Body missing from medical examiner's office
June 18, 2007 - A mystery is ongoing at the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office: the body of a woman who died last Friday is missing.
The funeral home hired by the family of Rosalie Schultz went to the medical examiner's office today to pick up the woman's remains. After several hours of waiting, officials there told the funeral director they could not find Schultz's body.
The director says understaffing could be to blame for the mix-up.
"That's when sloppiness occurs, that's when books that are normally kept up to snuff that would show locations. Tonight I was seeing sheets of paper -- there was not organization there," said Bill Anderson, Edward Anderson Funeral Home.
The medical examiner's office says it sympathizes with the family and is confident they will locate the remains.

What possible explanation could you give a family for losing track of a corpse?
10. Uh, sorry... we're not finished with her yet. Could you come back tomorrow?
9. Well, she actually didn't have a toe for us to tag... its confusing.
8. Did you say she was a blonde? Was she a true blonde?
7. Sorry, but the lock on the drawer got stuck, we are calling a locksmith now...
6. Wait a second... she WAS an organ donor, wasn't she?
5. Sorry there's a quarantine going on right now, we can't release anyone today...
4. Once the medical students are through, you can have her...
3. Our 'corpse release agent' is busy doing an intake, how's tomorrow?
2. Have you checked our "lost and found" area?
And.. the number 1 excuse for losing a corpse?
1. We laid off some of our staff, because business has been just 'dead' lately...

Last dance with MaryJane?
And Shepards we shall be,
for thee, My Lord, for thee,
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand,
That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy Command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee
And teeming with souls will it ever be.

"She was found on an upper tier behind another body. We are overfilled right now, and if a body is not picked up within a day or two, they are moved to upper tiers."

"You have a 88% chance of surviving a zombie outbreak
You most definately will live through the zombie attack making you a lean-mean zombie killing machine. You would save the day and probably end up doggystyle with a hot chick you saved, later having a giant statue made in your honor. Jerk."

You have a 71% chance of surviving a zombie outbreak
You will probably end up killing a few zombies and saving some innocent people, but you would die just before it was over.
Damn zombies!!!
