The father of a 9-months-pregnant missing Ohio mom's toddler son and unborn daughter said it's been a "nightmare" since Jessie Davis vanished last week and he had nothing to do with her disappearance.

Bobby Cutts Jr., 30, told The Repository, a Canton, Ohio, newspaper, that though he isn't a suspect in the Davis case, police haven't told him he's been cleared either.

He said he last spoke with Davis on Wednesday at 8 p.m. Her mother, Patricia Porter, has said she last talked to her at about 9:30 that same night.

"The last five days have been a nightmare. It won't end," Cutts, a Canton police officer, told The Repository. He said he has slept little and has no appetite.

The sheriff's office released a surveillance camera photo of Davis pushing a shopping cart with 2-year-old son Blake at an Acme supermarket in North Canton. The time on the camera reads 6:24 p.m. Wednesday.

Police have said Cutts is fully cooperating in the investigation, and they have no suspects in the case.

Where are Jesse Jackson and Al sharpton??? here's a poor black man being looked at and their nowhere to be found. Is that because he's a Police Officer and they only champion the crackheads and drug dealers??? I hate those two!

That's some sleazy shit - I'd never heard that story before.

I wonder how much of that settlement ever got paid? I would guess zero.

What's really sad about Falsewana Brawley, is there was a real case of abduction and rape that occured around the same time, in the same area.

She was a mentally retarded girl, the attackers were from her neighborhood.

Everyone in that case was black though, so I guess that made it okay?
