Five arrested over weapons haul
Five people have been arrested after a haul of weapons and chemicals were found at two properties.
Bedfordshire Police were alerted to an address in Kempston, Beds, by customs officers who had intercepted a package of stun guns at Heathrow airport.
They discovered CS spray and BB Guns and were then led to a Milton Keynes address and recovered more chemicals.
Five people were arrested on suspicion of possession of prohibited weapons and bailed pending further inquiries.
Det Con Mark Stewart, of Bedfordshire Police, said: "We believe this haul was being bought in from the Far East and destined for international markets including Ireland and Sweden.
"It's undoubtedly a source of extremely dangerous weapons which we are glad to have taken off the streets."

BB guns and CS spray is considered "Extremely dangerous weapons" there??? Hate to see what a cashe of regular firearms are listed as.

I was thinking the same thing... I wonder what they would say about my 4-lb cache of Winchester 231 gun powder that's in my firebox 10 feet away?

Damn, paintball guns would probably even make that list. Don't even want to THINK about what they'd say about my crossbow & swords (I seem to remember something about a "knife amnesty" a while back) not to mention all the stuff you guys typically keep under your pillow.
