    POOL STOLEN

PATERSON, N.J. (AP) - Thieves didn't just take Daisy Valdivia's pool -- they stole all the water in it, too. The Paterson, New Jersey, woman awoke the other morning to find her pool missing from her back yard. It's a hip-high, inflatable pool, ten-feet around. But Valdivia can't figure out what happened to the 1,000 gallons of water in the pool. She tells the Herald News of West Paterson the pool-nappers didn't spill a drop. She figures the pool thieves did their dirty deed in the early morning hours, but she can't imagine how.

I heard about this on the radio this morning. I wonder if Buttercup or RSA can elaborate on the situation.

    We dallied under
    Vine maples and sapling alders
    Searched for lady slippers
    But instead
    Found blackberry riots and
    Desiccated branches

    An old skid road
    Brought ghost ferns and
    Hollows filled with
    Skunk cabbage
    While waves wrapped
    Intricate lacings of weeds
    'Round mule spinners

    His cyanotic eyes
    Were hard enough to make
    The sun turn tail and
    Tender enough to attract me
    To his world of illusion

wow, there really are other people like that out there???

Hell, i thought them type of people only existed here.

we get some dumbshit calls like that quit often.

the most recent, a guy called, and reported that his INFLATABLE 10ft tall pink flamingo was stolen sometime over the night from his front yard.

we get on scene to take report, he has the yard spray painted with white paint where the outline of the birds feet where in the yard????????
    Looked like a crime scene!!!!!!!!

the complainant stated that he couldnt understand how they stole this bird, when it was filled with air, and that it had to be more then 3 people to carry the INFLATABLE bird away. wtf???????????

I guess i didnt realize AIR weighed that much.....
well at least they just dont migrate here, thats a sign of relief!!!!!!
YEAH, IM THE BERRIES, AND CHERRIES IN YOUR REAR VIEW MIRROR.

Handle every stressful situation like a dog.
Eat it, Play with it, or piss on it, and walk away!

As smart as man is, we haven't been able to invent a machine that can smell drugs or tell us where a person has walked, Dogs are sophisticated investigative tools!

    I GOT IT!!

Check behind the nearest fire station. They took an empty pumper, pumped the water out of the pool, stole the pool, filled it back up behind the station, and now they are all chilling out back between calls!!
    Dang ol' hosedraggers!!
