Restraining order granted...

The self proclaimed pedophile Jack McCellan will be served a restraining order that was signed by a judge in Santa Clarita California, the order protects all minor girls. It was initally requested for Santa Clarita Valley only, but the judge signed it protecting the entire state of California!

Kudos to the lawyers who made it happen!

Hopefully this sick f*ck will be chased out of CA!!!

I had to arrest a guy for stalking a couple of years ago, and when I ran him, I found out he was a convicted rapist and part of his parole is that he permamently trespassed from Hillsborough County (Tampa) for life. I never saw someone actually trespassed from an entire county before. Too bad that judge could not make that restraining order barring him from the state of KALEEFORNEA. (I still like Schwarzenegger though).

That I can't answer, you have to know who you are serving... if LEO's are aware of a violator then I am sure they make every effort to remove him/her as a threat.

+1 Your right it is great that this lawyer has thought of the victims rights rather than the pedophiles rights he should have a restraining order banning him from being near any decent person man,woman,and specially any children.If he breaks it put him in jail for life.
