Man Faces Charges In Judge's Assault

PHILADELPHIA -- A TV reporter seeking comment from a man charged with assaulting his mother got more than she bargained for when he flashed the camera.
Larry Richette, 48, has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment for an alleged domestic dispute with his mother, Judge Lisa Richette.
He was arrested Tuesday after his mother, a Philadelphia Common Pleas Court judge, was taken from her Philadelphia home to a local hospital for a cut above her eye that required stitches, authorities said.
