Convicted Peeping Tom Demands Police Returns His Massive Porn Collection

San Rafael, CA (AHN) - Dennis Saunders, a convicted peeping tom, is demanding that police return some 500 pornographic movies and 250 magazines his lawyer described as unrelated to the case and is otherwise legal material.
In March this year, Saunders, 59, filed suit against the San Rafael Police Department in Marin County Superior Court after they refused to return his massive porn collection. He is not seeking the peeping tom videos he recorded.
Saunders was recently jailed for secretly videotaping a woman and a teenage girl has filed the San Rafael, California police department.
According to AP reports, Saunders, who has a history of peeping-related arrests dating back to 1979, was arrested videotaping a 45-year-old woman and 16-year-old girl in their bedrooms and bathrooms at an apartment complex where he worked.
Police convicted him of 48 misdemeanors and sentenced him to more than eight years in jail. However, Saunders was released last month for his good behavior.
According to his lawyer, the video collection alone was likely worth at least $10,000.

Not just the net of course, but so far its the only place I've seen regular people people ranging from kids to middle age openly admit, nay brag, about how many HDs and DVDs full of "pr0n" they have. Well, I take that back somewhat as "Did you see [insert celebrity name]'s sex tape?" is somehow public conversation now.

I had a similar thing happen few years back an older guy picked up a 18 yr old boy made his moves on him grabbed something he wasnt supposed to and locked the car doors wouldnt let the kid out. long story short after I located him and hooked his truck he had a large collection porn, sex toys and internet personal adds with maps duct tape, rope, handcuffs and so on. after he plead out PA's office ordered quite a bit of it to be released of it back to the guy. I thought it was complete crap but what the hell could I d about it.
