JoAnn Galisky will take over the Orange County Sheriff position. Mike Carona is taking a 60 day leave of absence. By law, he can take a 90 day leave......but, he is leaving that option open. Trial is expected to start in December but, again, it may not take place for up to six months. Stay tuned for additional information as it avails itsself.
