Head Cheerleader's mother accused of fondling football player

he head cheer mother of the Paradise Junior Bobcats Cheerleading team was arrested Thursday afternoon on suspicion of molesting a 14-year-old Midget Bobcats football player. Toni Allexy, 39, was charged with suspicion of committing a lewd act, two counts of suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and six counts of suspicion of child endangerment. Arresting officer Chris Dineen of the Paradise Police Department said a group of parents, cheerleaders and football players came into the station on Oct. 29 to file complaints against Allexy. That was when the investigation began, he said.
Dineen said several parents and witnesses to the alleged crimes stated the incident occurred the night of Oct. 20 and into the next morning. According to various sources involved, Allexy had a few of the cheerleaders and football players over at her home on the night of Oct. 20. She allegedly served alcohol to the point of intoxication, became intoxicated herself, and reportedly molested one of the boys while driving under the influence with minors in the vehicle.
The boy's mother filed a restraining order against Allexy Nov. 7 stating that Allexy had given her son vodka, fondled him, and driven drunk with him and other minors in the car.
"Very intoxicated, the mother gave my very drunk son and another boy and girl a ride home," The boy's mother's letter states. "On the ride home the mother (Allexy) put her hand down my son's pants and began to fondle him, the
the kids were in the back seat, which (Allexy) would not allow to come up front with my son." Another parent confirmed the report. She said her daughter had spent the night at the Allexy residence and witnessed inappropriate behavior on Allexy's part. According to her, Allexy served alcohol in sippy cups, spent most of the evening laying on the couch with the boy, and wouldn't allow any of the other minors to sit in the front of the vehicle with the boy while she drove.
According to the boy's mother's letter, her son said he realized what she was doing after a few minutes and pulled her hand out of his pants. The boy's mother also stated that ever since she filed charges, her son has been threatened and harassed by Allexy's 13-year-old daughter and her daughter's boyfriend.
"Every night we have had a prowler at our house, they have done everything from egging the cars to bashing out the back windows of the cars," the mother stated.
Allexy was removed from her position on the Junior Bobcat Cheerleading team after an altercation with another parent, Wendy Peters. Allexy alleges in court documents dated Oct. 31 that Peters threatened her and screamed at her until she was removed by a cheer advisor. Allexy attempted to obtain a restraining order against Peters, but it was denied. Allexy was banned from team practices and competitions.
By Nov. 8, Dineen said investigators had gathered enough information to arrest Allexy and book her into the Butte County Jail. Linda Hunt, the district attorney assigned to the case, said Allexy was arraigned on her charges yesterday with her attorney Robert Marshall present. The case was continued until Nov. 20 in order for Marshall to have time to review the information. Hunt said Allexy was released on OR (own reconnaissance, meaning she promises to show in court).
According to officials at the Butte County Jail, Allexy was previously being held on bail of $329,000. She was ordered to abstain from alcohol and not to have any contact with individuals related to the case, with the exception of her daughter. Hunt said there will be a plea entry on Nov. 20.
Allexy has also been involved with the Girl Scouts of Sierra Cascade. Last year, she received the Appreciation Pin.
