Very interesting, if not negative news story of troubled officers in the St. Louis Area.
This is worth the watch and a big topic of discussion on the local St. Louis Cop Boards.

Washington came up with a decertification plan to avoid this very problem.

I can say if any of that stuff had happened in North Carolina, they would have quickly pulled or suspended the officers certification.

A lot of these small agencies will illegally hire officers w/o a certification. It is nuts.

Dayam..and i thought i worked with some Chuckleheads...the one guy we had the was a problem we got rid of posthaste AND ensured he'd never work in LE again..
