Suspended for coming to work naked, an assistant fire chief in Johnson City will be back on the job Tuesday.
Fire Chief Henry Michalovic says Kenneth Roe's 5 days suspension is over. Roe showed up to work one day last month wearing only his tie and hat, to celebrate his 20th anniversary in the department.
This picture of him, standing outside the fire station, soon began circulated around the village.
Tonight, Chief Michalovic met with village leaders to discuss Roe's actions.
He admits it was a case of poor judgement.
"Of course, I don't believe they were appropriate and like I said, he used a very bad error in judgement on his part and we just have to live with the actions and that's that," said Chief Michalovic.
Michalovic says his suspending of Roe for 5 days was the right thing to do and no other punishment will be necessary."never bring paws to a gunfight" - Jenna

The camera indicates 46 deg. If it was they shouldnt need to blank out the middle of the picture.
