    Talking snake eats golf balls

Snake eats golf balls in Australia, but is saved by operation. For some reason the LEF server won't let me post the rest of the story. Here it is if you want the gory details. http://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/news...949877410.html

And why? I thought snakes only ate things that were warm.

The golf balls were put in the chicken's nest to encourage the chicken to lay eggs, so maybe the snake thought they were eggs.

And why would anyone want to save a snake?
