KISS ESCAPE PLOT
DEDHAM, Mass. (AP) - Jailed suspect James Miller can kiss his escape plans goodbye. Authorities in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, say Miller plotted with his girlfriend to pass him a key to handcuffs during a hug or kiss. But Miller forgot one critical detail. Deputies say they hatched the plan during phone calls and all jail calls are monitored. Officials note that inmates are even warned their calls aren't private. Miller is charged with heroin possession and is a suspect in several store rip-offs. His girlfriend has been busted on charges of attempting to aid a felon to escape. Authorities say she even turned over the keys to the cuffs.
