    A police spokesman says Johnny Grant, the avuncular honorary mayor of Hollywood who traveled the world as Tinseltown's No. 1 cheerleader, has died.

    Thanks for the post. I have not heard the local news or seen the paper as yet today. Johnny was a great guy. I knew him very well when I worked in that area. He will be sorely missed. A great supporter of the LE community. May he rest in peace.......
