Deputy who dumped quadriplegic from his wheelchair arrested on a felony "abuse of the disabled' charge
A Hillsborough county detention deputy who dumped a quadriplegic man from his wheelchair was arrested this morning on a warrant and is in custody at the Orient Road Jail on a $3,500 bond, records show.Charlette Marshall-Jones, 44, is charged with abuse of the disabled, a third-degree felony. A warrant for her arrest was announced last night by Sheriff David Gee, stemming. She was booked into the jail about eight hours later, at 5:19 a.m., records show.

Well based on the video itself, which incidents should never be, it would seem like someone is about to face criminal charges. I, for one, would like to hear the explanation for that. I would also like to know why a report was not filed on the incident. I'll being going to court next week on an incident that occurred at our jail.
