11 year old tasered after punching Deputy
Sounds fair to me but I bet the Deputy and the Taser get bad press for it.

03-28-08, 10:53 AM #2I think it was pretty reasonable given the details in the story.other parents told Eyewitness News the girl deserved it."all that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing" Edmund Burke.

Quote: "The school knows pretty well that my daughter is like a 5-year-old," explained the girl's mother, Sandra Garcia.
Garcia told Eyewitness News that her 11-year-old daughter has a learning disability and when she was approached by the deputy Thursday morning in class she was simply scared to death.

Sounds like maybe the girl needs to be in a special school then. She isn't the smallest thing around either.**********************

Kid damn near broke the SRO's nose, then tried to tell her mother that she "wouldn't do it intentionally" and if she did, it was an accident. Sounds like the kid is lying through her teeth and the mother needs to ride the lightning, too.

Right next to it is a poll. Should police officers be able to use Tasers against children....
Next time, the deputy should just draw her baton and start whacking.

03-28-08, 09:27 PM #11Funny how that is downplayed...... a rather important point I think.Jimenez (crapbag juv) was transported to Florida East Hospital to have the Taser prongs removed, but she had no other injuries."When I'm driving along and I see a sign that says, CAUTION: SMALL CHILDREN AHEAD,
I slow down, and then it occurs to me, I'm not afraid of small children"!

Sucks being her. Next time dont hit a cop and that wont happen. Just because she is a kid, it does not excuse the battery on a LEO. The best part is that she learned a valuable lesson that day and her mother can kiss my fat ass.

I posted this in GT when it came up. Same feelings, not retying it all, LOL!
The baby thugs aren't so baby anymore.
They have the will, knowledge and desire to maim and kill, and the system has the ineptness to believe they can't conciously formulate those thoughts yet.
We have to be careful not to fall into that mindset too. These little bastards will do thier best to plant a uniformed officer if they can. They have been raised that way - hate the police, hate those who work for what they have. It's okay to lie, cheat, steal, injure and kill. Take what you want. A thugs life is a hero's life.
I think this might be case in point. The SRO may have gone in to deal with a "bad kid" and got a handful of thug instead, and a broken nose for it. Anymore you HAVE to bring your can of whoop-ass to every call, and be ready to open it on anyone and everyone, young or old.
It's terrible being a forced substitute for failures of parents. Not every bad kid started that way - they were allowed to go that way, and molded in that image. It's tragic.
And what the hell is up with kids being so damn big these days? I have seen 12 year old girls that look 19, and are pregnant. 13 year old boys with beards and 'roided up msucles. Whatever chemicals we are eating have a pretty big side effect! It's not plesant to deal with a 6'1 thirteen year old boy who weighs 220, and thinks fighting and killing are cool because its on GTA.
This topic really bothers me inside for some reason. I'm glad that the SRO and teachers are okay. I could honestly care less about the kid because she is probably a lost cause anyways. Today fighting the police in school, tomorrow one of us will be taking her in to county for the long haul.
And then some tool will have the nerve to ask "what went wrong?""I have an open door policy on tickets ... if I have to open my door, you are getting a ticket. If I turn on those lights, somebody has to pay the electric bill."

Even is she was like a "5 year old" they now how to do what they are told and to mind. The fact that she was out of control and a threat to herself and others should count for something. If she is as large as she is (size of an average adult female) then the use of a taser was justified. I bet the parents would be the first to complain if their "little" girl had been hurt by a child if the circumstances were the same.
