From the Baton Rouge (LA) Advocate:
"Two men fatally shot each other in north Baton Rouge this evening, the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office said.

Witnesses in the 6200 block of Silverleaf Avenue said Cedric Pearson, 26, stopped at parties at several houses this afternoon and harassed guests, said Casey Rayborn Hicks, a spokeswoman for the Sheriff’s Office.

Pearson was asked to leave one party and returned several hours later, Hicks said.

About 6:30 p.m., Pearson and William Ridley, 31, began arguing and shooting at each other, Hicks said.

Both men were killed in the shootings, Hicks said. No one else was hit, she said."
