Growing up I use to live behind an " L " so I didn't feel anything. Earthquakes in Illinois OMG!!! nothing like those felt in California we don't get to many of those around these parts

I have been in a few Earth Quakes visiting my folks in CA. They said it could be felt here in madison, I was up with Junior because he was sick and I did not feel a thing

I felt it this morning and I thought it was due to the Copious amounts of Jameson and Miller Lite I had ingested.

I heard that California was moving eastward.

Seriously, this is the New Madrid Fault line. The seismic zone covers parts of five U.S. states: Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky and Tennessee.
