Dash Cam Video Released from MN Taser Death
The beginning of the incident actually begins at the :37 second mark, with the Troopers arriving on scene. The autopsy report was released last week and cited multiple factors in the suspect's death including cocaine, mental health issues, several prescription drugs, hardened arteries, restraint, and a sedative administered by a paramedic...the Taser was not one of them.

To use information contained in the article he was under the influence of cocaine and perscription drugs and was then given a sedative. It seemed to me he was still verbal and irate after being subdued. I think Taser will be cleared of this one also.

St. Paul. That guy was suicidal and on LSD. They tried hands-on, pepper spray, then called for a Taser. He bit two of the officers before he was tased.
