Beware flooded roads...
Deputy's $3,000 mistake caught on tape
A sheriff's deputy in Greene County, Missouri was patrolling late at night when he drove straight into a flooded road. His squad car ended up five feet of water, and his laptop, radio and siren were all ruined.

I would say that the barricade half in the road was a "clue". Slow down!

Looks like someone wasn't listening during briefing when the Sgt was talking about the roads being flooded.
