I fail to see why this is a felony case, though, if her motives were only to be a cheerleader and get a diploma.
Chances are, the discrict had some type of GED adult education classes that she could have qualified for, so either way the district would be paying for it.

Yeah, I think it will be lowered too... where's the victim? There is none, seems to me.
Falsifying government documents, ID theft, and all that stuff is usually reserved for people with malicious motives. I guess technically she's guilty of that, but the DA should take the motives into account.

She was charged with Identity Theft, which is a felony. She has prior charges for Resisting/Obstructing and burglary.
