Can't find anything online right now, but CNN on TV is covering it live. It's on CNN online, but I'm not a member so I can't bring it up. It's on the I-710 freeway in LA.

They're trying to negotiate with them right now - no clue on the details, sorry! All I know is it's a kidnapping suspect, I assume that means there's a child in there with him?

Woo hoo there's a K-9 on scene.

ETA: suspect may be armed & they're getting ready to send a robot in that's equipt with a phone for the suspect to communicate w/officers (if he's willing).
