Report: 1 dead in Ark. campus shooting

CONWAY, Ark. – A shooting on the campus of the University of Central Arkansas left one person dead and two people wounded.
University of Central Arkansas police said Sunday night the campus was locked down and that classes would be canceled on Monday.
Little Rock television station KLRT reports that campus police say one person was killed and two wounded in the shooting just before 10 p.m. near Arkansas Hall.
The UCA Web site says one suspect is in custody and that three more people are being sought.

Sounds like a campus shooting alright.
But it doesn't sound like a typical "body count" active shooter considering the time it happened.
I'm guessing these criminals/savages probably knew their victims, or had some tie to their victims. If this was a Columbine or Virginia Tech type shooter, they wouldn't have done it at night.
Just an outsider's opinion I guess.
Update as of 0020 hours
Right now Conway Regional Heath tells FOX16 2 people are dead and one was injured and released after a shooting on the UCA campus.
UCA students got an email telling students that the campus is closed and that there are 4 suspects, one is in custody.
University of Central Arkansas police got the call at 9:52 Sunday night. Right now the campus is closed down and classes are canceled for Monday.
Police are planning another press conference with in the 12am hour. We will have more information as it comes.

Agreed. This sounds just like a run-of-the-mill shooting that occurred on a campus. I've been wrong before though.
