TAMPA, Fla. -- A naked man being arrested by police at his Tampa home grabbed the wrong pair of shorts when it was time to go.Tampa police report that officers responded to 18-year-old Joshua Andrew Burnett's home early Friday morning after his pregnant girlfriend called 911, accusing him of trying to smother her with a pillow. When officers told Burnett he was under arrest, the still naked man grabbed a pair of jean shorts from the floor, the police report said.The report said officers asked to search the shorts for weapons and found $506 wrapped around Burnett's driver license, a plastic bag of marijuana and a bag of crack cocaine.Burnett was charged with felony aggravated battery on a pregnant woman and several counts of drug possession.Burnett was being held without bail.

It wasn't my arrest, but I was backing the arresting officer on this. I once witnessed a BG say that one pocket on his pants wasn't his pocket, but that the other one was. He admitted they were his pants, but the pocket with the cocaine in it wasn't his pocket.
