Man in insane fit, cuts off penis, throws it at police officers.
In the Northwest side of Chicago Wednesday morning, March 15 2006, police were summoned to a naked man smashing car windows and breaking into a house. About a half dozen police officers responded and were confronted by Jakub Fik, 33 years-old, naked and bleeding.

Fik began throwing knives at the police officers and…his penis. He ran back into the empty house and grabbed more knives at which time the police then tasered Fik. The police then summoned paramedics who took Fik to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where they proceeded to reattach Fik’s penis. Paramedic stated that Fik explained to them that he was distraught about problems he was having with his girlfriend who was still living in Poland.

Fik was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of criminal damage to property. "We took him out without any serious injury, with the exception of his own," said Chicago Police Sgt. Edward Dolan of the 16th District who taserd Fik. Doctors at Northwestern Memorial Hospital successfully reattached his penis, which was placed on ice. Associate Professor of Urology of the University of Chicago said that severed penises are uncommon but surgery usually works as long as the penis is placed on ice and reattached within a few hours.

Actually it is against the penal code as it is "assault with a dead weapon."

And, as I've said elsewhere, since women tells us size does not matter, it would be considered a weapon even if were only as big as Term's.
