Fart In Meeting Brings City Council To Giggles - News Story - WEWS Cleveland
MEDINA, Ohio -- Members of the Medina City Council didn't think they'd end up on TV after someone passed gas.
The mayor and council members began to laugh and a council member called for a recess, because they all got the giggles.
In the Plain Dealer, the mayor disputes the source, saying some kids in the crowd got bored and used a phone application for the sound effect.
