DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Pakistan — The top Pakistani Taliban commander said Tuesday that his group had carried out the deadly assault on a police academy in eastern Pakistan, and he vowed to launch an attack on the U.S. capital.
Baitullah Mehsud, who has a $5 million bounty on his head from the U.S., said the Pakistan Taliban was planning a terrorist assault against Washington D.C.
"Soon we will launch an attack in Washington that will amaze everyone in the world," Mehsud told The Associated Press by phone.
Mehsud and other Pakistan Taliban militants are believed to be based in the country's lawless tribal areas near the border with Afghanistan, where they have stepped up their attacks throughout Pakistan.

The Pakistan Taliban leader also claimed responsibility for a suicide car bombing that killed four soldiers Monday in Bannu district and a suicide attack targeting a police station in Islamabad last week that killed one officer.
Such attacks pose a major test for the weak, year-old civilian administration of Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari that has been gripped with political turmoil in recent weeks.

Maybe in the midst of this "economic reform" that Obama is spearheading, he can find a moment between bouts of throwing billions of dollars at the brokedick auto makers in order to make good on his campaign promise to sit down at the negotiating table with these animals. That should help, right?

The reality is that a significant, linked terrorist attack from abroad sources will cause absolute panic and confusion within his administration for days. You see, when you had no real leadership skills to begin with and you surround yourself with folks who are indecisive and lack pragmatism, you are bound to board the USS Failboat.

And yes, if this were to happen, cops surely would die.

We all know they are just misunderstood and need someone to talk with who will listen to them. Obama and his feel good administration will be able to smooth all this over. If for some reason this doesnt work he can just throw some more of our money to them and fix it.

Some thing tells me that if an attack happens it will be spun as a conspiracy by the Republicans to thwart his efforts and to discredit him.

Within minutes of the attack, some a$$hat journalist will blame it on Bush.

Some a$$hat spokesperson from the Obama administration and then one of Hillary’s stooges in the State Dept will chime in and agree.

Obama will apologize to the terrorists for making them so angry.

Apology will be accepted.... and the terrorists will promise not to do it again.

We will then have world peace.

Cops would die because they will run to the sound of the guns. Just like on 9/11 or brothers in blue and our semi retarded half brothers in turnout coats will show the nation who the true roll models are. But im sure Obama would make a huge deal of their deaths and would decide to attend their funerals, where they would limit the number of people who could attend and also tell all their fellow officer that they cant be in full uniform because they are not allowed to carry their fire arms. He will then make a speech in which he will praise the valiant officers actions once and then go on to how great he is and how he plans to screw over the country more. ( can you tell officers in the Columbus area are a bit pissed about his attending the CPD Academy graduation?)
