From staff reports
A man who claimed to be an FBI task force member and helped Dallas police officers answer calls and make arrests is now also wanted for questioning by Arlington police.
Ryan Caskey
KDFW-TV has reported that Ryan Caskey, 21, assisted Arlington police with a medical emergency at a bowling alley and stopped at the scene of a motorcycle accident near Interstate 20.
Caskey told Arlington police he was a member of a terrorism task force, the television station reported.
Both Dallas and Arlington police reported that Caskey drove a black Ford Crown Victoria with flashing red-and-blue lights. Dallas police said he wore a bulletproof vest, carried a U.S. Marine military police badge and a Glock, a type of handgun that is carried by officers.

Caskey accompanied at least one Dallas police officer on at least six calls, including one last week when a woman reported a possible break-in. Caskey followed officer Andrea Cotty to the scene, where he kicked in a locked apartment door after a supervisor gave Cotty permission to do so.
When Dallas police Sgt. Scott Massey arrived at the scene, he questioned Caskey and became suspicious. After Caskey left the scene, Massey reported his concerns to detectives, and an arrest warrant was issued.
Caskey faces charges of impersonating a public servant, a third-degree felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Caskey is described as 6-foot-1 and 180 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. The Crown Victoria bore a Texas specialty license plate No. DN84L. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous, and anyone with information about his whereabouts should call 911.
