Golfer busted for throwing a teen by the neck and crotch into a bush and then hitting him with a golf club. The price is wrong, biatch

A Peoria man accused of hitting a 12-year-old boy with a golf clubin Goodyear has been charged with aggravated assault.
The Maricopa County Attorney's Office filed the Class 6 felony charge against Nathan Moore, 37, on Monday, according to court documents. He was arrested March 1 at the Golf Club of Estrella.
Goodyear said Moore got into an argument with a child near hole No. 15, picked up the boy by the neck and crotch and threw him into a bush. He then hit the child in the leg with a golf club and went back to playing, police said.
Moore denied the allegations and said the boy was stealing golf balls, police said. He admitted to police he had been drinking alcohol while on the course.
Moore's attorneys did not immediately return calls for comment.

Alcohol has been known to do some strange things to some people. Maybe this guy thought that the kid was a golf ball. Still no excuse, though.

My mind flashed back to Happy Gilmore. Then I read the story and am kinda sickened that the kid was 12 years old. If he was 17 then maybe I could understand

in the warriors code there's no surrender, though his body says stop, his spirit cries...NEVER. deep in our souls, a quiet ember, knows its you against you, its the paradox that drives us all. its a battle of wills, in the heat of attack, its the passion that kills, and victory is yours alone.

the posts and opinions stated by me do not in any way reflect the values, beliefs, or views of my department. they are simply opinions and/or observations which have been developed through my personal experiences. hell, most of the stories probably arent even true...wink wink
