This Story is kinda funny since this is our Union's big golf outing, and there were several officers/deputies from our areas there
Janesville man tries to rob bar during police weekend
JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- A bandit walked into Quotes Bar and Grill Sunday night at the wrong time.
He pretended to have a gun while wearing a bandana over his face. But little did he know, the Wisconsin Professional Officer Association's bar crawl was also at Quotes that night.
The man walked into the bar at 11 o'clock at night, and a customer took the man down before brandishing his badge; he was an Eau Claire police officer.
There was a police golf tournament earlier in the day, bringing police from all over the state to Janesville.
The would-be-robber was identified as 18-year-old Alonzo Rucker. He told police he had no intention of robbing the place, and he was just wearing the bandana so people wouldn't recognize him.

"It's a great life. You risk your skin catching killers and the juries turn them loose so they can come back and shoot at you again. If your honest , your poor your whole life. And , In the end , you wind up dying all alone on some dirty street. For what? For nothing. For a tin star."
Far from being a handicap to command, compassion is the measure of it. For unless one values the lives of his soldiers and is tormented by their ordeals , he is unfit to command.

Yeah, he does have that
look to him. Grade school dropout?
This kid's credibility just took a major dump. Did he think that the police got off of the same "stupid" truck that he just did? He should apologize to the police for assaulting and insulting their intelligence. He pretended to have a gun while wearing a bandana over his face. Then he told police he had no intention of robbing the place, and he was just wearing the bandana so people wouldn't recognize him.
