I agree with everybody so far in that it isn't as much of a problem if he had kept it private, and since he chose to make it public law enforcement where he lives will always have to deal with it.

I could care less what someone does in the privacy of their own homes so long as all participants are consenting adults. I'm fairly certain that there's a lot of people that would object to what I do behind closed doors, let's face it, the chains hanging from my ceiling aren't just for hanging my uniforms on, but I'm not posting pics or taking it to any other public venue.
