A few years ago, I was notified by the Arizona authorities that a VW Karmann Ghia had been recovered in that State. Interesting, I had been stolen about 15 years before that. Had a heck of a time tracing down the original victims. The insurance had paid off. It was purchased over e-bay and the buyer was trying to get it registered. Interesting case.
