John Allen Muhammad, D.C. sniper, loses Supreme Court appeal
Washington - Convicted D.C. sniper John Allen Muhammad has lost his last appeal, opening the way for his scheduled execution in a Virginia prison on Tuesday.
Mr. Muhammad and his 17-year-old accomplice, Lee Boyd Malvo, terrorized the Washington region in September and October 2002 as they engaged in a series of apparently random sniper attacks.

Kill him and get it over with. Perhaps if the death penalty were always enacted with expediancy, it would be more effective.

Couldn't happen soon enough, appeals are good if there is a reason (truth based) not on publicity stunts by lawyers. This guy and many more are guilty and they admit it. In this case he went to war and lost. Congrads to all those that put this low life away excellent job, stop in metro Atlanta anytime and I'll buy the coffee.

I was working during several of those shootings and responded to road blocks. I even saw Malvo in his cell at our jail after apprehension. These guys need to go already.
As an aside, my current department has a roll call of our officers lost in the line of duty. The really old ones in the early 1900's are a riot. A little ditty for him:
He ought to be publicly pissed on
He ought to be publicly shot (bang, bang)
He ought to be tied to a urinal
And left there to fester and rot, rot, rot
Injection works too.

Too bad I can't be the one to get a hold of him and execute. I'd chop his fucking Muslim head off and feed it to the soldiers at G-Bay for breakfast.

At least Muhammad knows why he was executed and got to see his executioner. He extend no such courtesies to his victims.

"It's a great life. You risk your skin catching killers and the juries turn them loose so they can come back and shoot at you again. If your honest , your poor your whole life. And , In the end , you wind up dying all alone on some dirty street. For what? For nothing. For a tin star."
Far from being a handicap to command, compassion is the measure of it. For unless one values the lives of his soldiers and is tormented by their ordeals , he is unfit to command.

It was wild this week watching this on the news as the execution approached. Brought back the memory of watching the terror of that time when the shootings were happening. Hopefully it brings closure for the families of those killed. Thoughts and prayers
