There is talk that if the Military court does that, then Texas may prosecute him too - one civilian was killed, which means that they certainly have jurisdiction. Originally Posted by conalabu

It happened on the Military base, civilian authorities have no authority. It belongs to the Military and the Feds exclusively. Now, someone can sue in civil court without a problem. But Crimes on a Military Base belong exclusively to the Military and the Federal Government.
