A LIFE-SIZE cardboard cut out of a policeman, designed to scare would-be thieves, was stolen by a drunken prankster.
Hadley Nye, 30, took the cardboard copper, worth about £100, from a supermarket for a laugh.

I think some of our locals here would steal it or shoot it.

If someone finds the cardboard copper , they better not turn it in to the police because they'll get charged with possession of stolen property.
