GREENSBURG, Ind. - A former southeastern Indiana police officer has been convicted of theft and misconduct for allegedly pocketing money from a man who sold fake autographs by a pro wrestler.
During his investigation of the scam, prosecutors say Scudder took the $154 the promoter made at the event and kept it for himself.
