A Point Arena man was in custody after Mendocino County sheriff’s deputies found him carrying four guns, a knife and possessing a large bag of marijuana, sheriff’s officials reported.
Trevor Stratton, 27, was in a parked car outside of a Point Arena bar when a deputy working in the area contacted him and smelled an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, Sgt. Joseph Comer reported. The deputy also saw the barrel of a gun in the car.
Stratton was told repeatedly to get out of the car and didn’t, Comer said. Deputies then forcibly removed him and as they did, said he reached for a weapon he was carrying.
After his arrest, he threatened deputies with violence, Comer said. The deputies found him with the four guns, a concealed fixed knife carried in his clothes and about 155 grams of marijuana.

By and large, the marijuana users that I have had contact with have been peaceful. It's the folks that get the product to the user that you have to worry more about.
(And no, that was not a plug for legalized marijuana. The users are peaceful because they are too stoned and unmotivated to be aggressive.)*************************"It wouldn't take much for me to up and run...to another life somewhere in the sun."

Let me guess, he thought he was going to smoke the guns, too?
More firearms out of the hands of irresponsible people.
