It's good to have some good news for a change! Boy, I bet that rung the officer's bell but it's still much better than the alternative.

Nice to see that the dirtbag decided to save the taxpayers some money. Bye Bye Dirtbag.
As pgg said, we don't need anymore LODD's right now. The officer that was shot, got right back up and wanted to get back to work. That helmet should be put on display at the next safety conference.
Young Mother Murdered in College Hill - :: Cincinnati news story :: LOCAL 12 WKRC-TV in Cincinnati
Dangerfield and her friend went out to her car but Williams followed with his gun. Dangerfield's friend, who had a concealed carry permit, pulled out his gun and fired a shot at Williams. The gun then jammed and the friend ran off. Police believe that is when Williams shot Dangerfield to death.Seems that the dirtbag had quite the record. Somehow it appears that the young lady and her friend were expecting a confrontation with the dirtbag.Police haven't commented on a motive for Dangerfield's murder. But a check of court records shows that Williams faced charges of assault and domestic violence in June for an incident involving Dangerfield. The affidavit for that case shows that Williams was accused of kicking and punching Dangerfield in the head, causing "serious injury." At the time, Williams was released on bond and had a electronic home monitor but the charges were dismissed a month later. Williams has a long criminal history with charges for aggravated menacing and drugs.
Interesting that the friend had a CCW, He chose to use the weapon against the dirtbag and it jammed? How about keeping your handgun in good repair, otherwise why carry it.

We are not issued kevlar helmets. After I went to a very realistic active shooter school that was held in an old school I bought the helmet and an entry vest. They were expensive, a tax write off, and (if I ever need either) they will be worth every penny.

Not a bad investment either.
