Great job guys! Going home at the end of shift is what it's all about.
Looks a bit like a suicide by cop in the way that the suspect didn't try to use cover and just walked straight toward the officers initially.

Sounded to me that you can only hear the officer on the radio just once, though it appeared he called shoots fired several times.
