46-year-old man tries to abduct 12-year-old girl while dressed as Santa and riding unicycle with Christmas candy
He is alleged to have jumped out and grabbed her arm, but she managed to get away and reported the incident.
Arrested: Anthony Russo
Costume: The Father Christmas suit and decorated unicycle Russo had with him when he was apprehended

Me too, and it will only cost about 22 cents. The problem would be choosing who gets the honor. I'm thinking a lottery system. If everyone paid $1 for a ticket we could make a serious dent in the national debt.
