A local attorney faces a murder charge in the fatal shooting of a 25-year-old woman at his Addison home over the weekend...
Staci Michelle Montgomery was found shot to death Sunday morning on the porch of a home in the 15700 block of Quorum Drive near Arapaho Road.
Marshall has a criminal record that includes drunk driving and gun charges in Dallas. He was also convicted of disorderly conduct and assault in Lake Jackson in 1990, according to public records.
