ST. GEORGE, Utah — Crews responding to a trailer fire in southern Utah had another factor to contend with: snakes.
Kristeen Checketts, the animal control officer in St. George, says there were about 19 pet pythons in the trailer when it caught fire Thursday morning at a park for recreational vehicles, according to The Spectrum newspaper.
Once the fire was put down, Checketts and firefighters began pulling out snake after snake, most in cages and some up to 18 feet (5.5 metres) long.Do not war for peace. If you must war, war for justice. For without justice there is no peace. -me

Gotta love Animal Control. I bet if it was up to Lewisipso, given his fear of snakes, he may of let the snakes burn and then use them in a stew.

the trailer didnt just "catch fire." Lew committed arson when he tried to burn it down because he heard there were 19 pythons inside. i dont blame you though as i would have done the same thing. i hate snakes.

Knowing his fear of snakes,this happened in Utah????He would have been back in La. in about 30 minutes,running and screaming the entire way.

I may actually hate snakes more then Lew. If I was there I would have let the trailer burn. Just keep the firemen on the perimeter to protect other structures and let it burn down for their own safety
