No more test to be a Po Po in Chicago
Chicago Police may do away with their enterance exam to avoid lititgation, save money, and increase minority hiring, says a recent Police One article.
Chicago police may scrap entrance exam - Fraternal Order of Police President Mark Donahue said the idea "sounds too stupid to be true"
??Has anyone up there heard anything about this?? Are High school dipolmas still need? I'm don't claim to be the most educated person, but I don't see how this is going to help them any.

Maybe they just want the local political scene to be represented in their precincts. You know, fine upstanding people like felons, ex-governors, etc. Oh wait, those are the same thing there, aren't they?\\` ` ` ` < ` )___/\

And while we're at it lets reduce the requirements for standard education so we can dumb down the rest of society. Oh wait that's already being attempted here so it must have already been done there.
